Taking bus to work based on my opinion is much more convenient instead of taking MRT nowadays but there's a catch. You need to be at least 2 hours early. Meaning, you have to leave your house not an hour but a couple of hours . It depends on what the area is but you have to allot 2 hours from your usual travel time which is a bit ridiculous for some.

I'm saying this because I had a horrible experience taking the MRT from Cubao to Ayala just a couple of months ago. I have to fall in line for almost an hour just to get an MRT ticket and believe me entering to the gates of hell (i mean MRT) is a pain in the ass! I will never recommend others to ride MRT on weekdays especially the painful peak hours.I've heard rumours that there are also a lotof things happening inside MRT aside from potential pick pocketers beside you .

P-Noy please take action on this..MRT is an important public transportation that needs to be addressed for its lack of security and safety.

Risks of taking the bus?

1. Oh well , there's a huge possibility that you will be late from work. (daytime/peak hours)

2. Chances are, there are sundot kulangot gang or boy pick-up gang on that bus (graveshift)

3. The bus will be caught my stupid MMDA due to color coding, hitting the red light, no seatbelt , illegal possesion of ugly face and a whole bunch of other offenses.

At the end of the day, it's not about taking a bus that will put yourself at risk but poor governance. Pnoy should appoint effective leaders- good governance and implementation for the welfare of its citizens.

Are landlines becoming more obsolete?

With the emerging technology, people nowadays rely on the power of smartphones. Here, there and everywhere, you will see a lot of people touching , swiping , gliding their precious gadgets to communicate with family, friends and even their imaginary friends (i mean social media friends lol). Thanks to social media, reaching to your loved ones has never been this easy.

What will happen to landlines? I think i can now order pizza using my smartphone. I can call to the office using it to report if I will be sick or absent. I can book a flight online , without calling the travel agency's landline using my tablet. I think it is becoming obsolete but one thing that stands out from havng a landline is their cheap promos. PLDT for example has this bundle plan (landline+ unlimited internet) which attracts potential customers who wants to save more. As the competition heats up, Skycable , Globe and even BayanTel are also doing the same pattern.

At the end of the day, its not just about innovation that matters but THINKING OUT OF THE BOX as well.

Generally speaking , if you get hired in BPO , its either you go to non-technical , technical , voice, non - voice, financial or managerial account. Being a super agent from a premium account requires to unlock a certain skill which is to be multitasked and that is one thing that I would like to unlock if I were given a chance.

With this skill , I can definitely handle supervisory call while remotely accessing the customer's computer and fix his concern while chatting with another customer and responding to the others through email and sms while taking a break and having a delicious KIT-KAT!

X-Men Days of Future Past

If I were given the power to go back to the past , I will definitely grab it and go directly to Malacanang Palace and meet the officials especially the past president of the Philippines (whomever that be). I will use the technology that we have (social media, IPAD , Iphone, laptop, facebook, twitter) to show them all the photos of the future corrupt officials and show them the instagram photos of how pasig river , economy , terrorism , had become in the future and inform NBI on how to prevent it from happening (so heroic right???) well i better have that power because the Philippines really needs it :)
